Group Coaching Program
I am a lifelong learner. A librarian with a passion for all things metaphysical, spiritual, and philosophical. I have read every (worthwhile) book ever written about the brain, yoga, personal growth, and meditation. My only shopping impulse that I have to keep in check is my addiction to coaching and yoga training. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on these programs, and have made countless friends in the process.
I was beginning to think that I was acquiring all the answers. I thought I was getting smarter about the way the world works. My brain was full. I was figuring this "life"-thing out.
Then, I came across an understanding that completely shattered and exploded every previous thought I had about how the world, and more specifically, my mind worked.
To be honest, it wasn't pretty. At first, it was liberating. I felt liberated from my old way of thinking and everything felt possible. Then, unintentionally, I fell down a deep rabbit hole that maybe felt like what some people label "nervous breakdown".
It lasted about 2 months. It was a dark place. I couldn't bring myself to post on social media or write a blog or really even share this with anyone. I was convinced that people will think I'm crazy!
I emerged from the dark place the day my cat returned from a month-long solo adventure. I had not realized how sad I was about his absence. Anyway, the spark came back and I set about my mission to help people feel better about themselves and their lives.
I chalked the 8-week digression into said wormhole as a "sabbatical" (air quotes intended), and moved on.
What is the inside out understanding?
The inside-out understanding is based on The Three Principles, an idea transmitted by Scottish mystic and philosopher, Sydney Banks.
