Workshops for Organizations
interactive + meaningful
Who knew that my ten years as a Children's Librarian, wearing wigs, telling stories, and engaging large crowds of preschoolers, would come to serve me now in leading fun and educational workshops and speaking events for adults in conscious organizations?
What the audience says:
Sarah is a wonderful, genuine and compassionate person. All of these wonderful traits about Sarah carry into her speaking engagements. Her talk on non-violent communication not only opened my mind to the ways in which I work and engage with the families I work with as well as my own family but also challenged me to examine my own personal self-talk and how I can redirect thinking about myself.
Sarah has a tactful way of engaging people in conversation while allowing space for self-reflection and processing. She is able to engage a larger group of people while still connecting with them personally, it feels like you are in a one on one coaching session with her. She really cares about the people she works with and the work she does to encourage positive change in the way we act and engage with those around us.

Commit to Lead
How can you commit to becoming a better leader in your work and in your daily life? In this lively and fun workshop, we will identify your unique character strengths and values in order to identify your commitments. We will explore the distinction between committed action versus attached action in problem solving, setting goals, and creating your unique vision. Get ready to step into the role of leader in every aspect of your newly created life.
Mindfulness at Work
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.
Bringing the practice fo mindfulness into the workplace can have a tremendous impact on job performance, employee satisfaction and retention, as well as more meaningful relationships with coworkers and friends.
Conscious communication begins with a better understanding of your own true feelings and needs. Often, it can still be challenging to navigate through conflict with others in a kind and productive way. Sarah will share the principles of Non Violent Communication (NVC) and how this framework can help to improve your communications with family members, coworkers, or any humans you meet along the way.
Vision & Goals
Tap into your created vision with this fun and interactive workshop. Sarah will lead participants through a guided imagery meditation in order to connect with your biggest dreams. From this vision, we will create goals based in different categories -- health and fitness, money and wealth, relationships and social life, career, legacy, and overall quality of life. Leave feeling inspired and ready to take action on your new vision.
